Park City Treble Makers will jazz up the holidays

The Park City Treble Makers will liven up the holiday season. The 16-voice, all-female a cappella choir will do this with this year’s concert, fittingly named “A Jazzy Christmas,” at 4 p.m., on Sunday, Dec. 15, at Park City Community Church, 4501 N. S.R. 224. Holiday refreshments will be offered after the concert, and a portion of ticket sales will be donated to Peace House................

The Park City Treble Makers is a group of 16 women who have been performing together for 12 years. They sing without any accompaniment except their voices, under the direction of Colleen Earnshaw.

The Park City Treble Makers are ready to cause a seasonal rumpus with a series of Christmas concerts that will begin on Nov. 29. The 16-voiced women’s a cappella choir will perform two shows at the Wellington Senior Center and the Ridge Assisted Living in Salt Lake City, before returning to the Wasatch Back for a string of holiday performances,
